    Diagnostic
    Very close to T. brevipes, from which it differs in having the leaf-blades more shallowly and widely-cordate, and in the absence of the pubescence which accompanies the stinging hairs, especially beneath the lamina, in that species.

    Common on forest edges and in clearings, in grassland and secondary scrub; 1128–1154 m.
