Fertile lemma oblong; dorsally compressed; 3.5 mm long; chartaceous; pallid; without keel; 9 -veined. Lemma margins involute. Lemma apex acute; pubescent. Palea involute; chartaceous.

    Anthers 3; 1 mm long.
