- Much resembles I. demissa but seems more commonly annual; the leaflets are rather narrower and are often 4- and sometimes 5-jugate. Some fruiting pedicels and pods may be erect or spreading instead of all being reflexed and the pods are ± 5-seeded, up to 7 mm. long and only 1.1–1.3 mm. wide.
