Habit
Shrublet 20–30 cm. tall, the younger branches with a dense appressed silvery indumentum, the older ones smooth, reddish-black.
Leaves
Leaves 1-foliolate or digitately 2–3-foliolate, often clustered on short shoots; stipules triangular with scarious margins; petiole up to 2 mm. long; leaflets cuneate-obovate, up to 6 mm. long, appressed strigulose on both surfaces.
Flowers
Flowers 1 or 2 together in axils of the leaves; pedicels ± 0.7 mm. long, lengthening to 2 mm. in fruit.
Calyx
Calyx silvery, less than 2 mm. long; lobes subulate, about half as long as the tube.
Corolla
Corolla puberulent outside with short white spreading hairs.
Stamens
Stamens ± 4.5 mm. long.
Pistil
Ovary 11–12-ovulate, pubescent; style ± 1 mm. long.
Fruits
Pod unknown.
Habitat
Acacia, Commiphora open bushland on red sandy soil; 100–200 m.
