    Flowers white, mauve to purple, in lax terminal and lateral racemes 2–10 cm long, rachis crisped-pubescent; bracts lanceolate, 1.5–2 mm long, ciliate, persistent, bracteoles lanceolate, 0.5–1.5 mm long, ciliate, persistent; pedicels 3–5 mm, usually crisped-pubescent
