    Habit
    Herb with stem up to 60 cm high, slender; cataphyll up to 19 cm long.
    Leaves
    Leaves narrowly elliptic-lanceolate to ovate, 9–11 cm long, 1.7–1.8 cm wide, apex acute.
    Flowers
    Flowers axillary, pedicel up to 4 cm long.
    Perianth
    Perianth yellowish green; perianth tube 1–1.5 mm long; perianth segments narrowly lanceolate-elliptic, 15–17 mm long, 3–4 mm wide.
    Stamens
    Stamens less than or half as long as the perianth; filaments filiform, 7–8 mm long; anthers 4–5 mm long, 1 mm wide.
    Style
    Style ± 5 mm long.
    Habitat
    Woodland, grassland; 1000–1500 m
