Habit
Shrublet to 90 cm tall, young stems densely covered with spreading white hairs
Leaves
Leaves pinnately 3-foliolate; rhachis up to 11 mm long including a petiole of up to 9 mm
Leaflets
Leaflets cuneate-obovate, c. 3–9 x 2–5 mm, rounded to emarginate and mucronate at the apex, with spreading white hairs on both surfaces
Inflorescences
Racemes many-flowered, 15–75 mm long including a peduncle of up to 5 mm
Calyx
Calyx 1–1.6 mm long, divided to at or below the middle into narrowly triangular lobes
Corolla
Standard pubescent outside, somewhat persistent
Stamens
Stamens c. 2.3–2.5 mm long
Fruits
Pod somewhat reflexed, straight, dorsiventrally flattened, 8–20 x 2 mm, glabrous or with a few scattered hairs, 3–6-seeded.
