Leaflets 3, ovate to lanceolate in outline, the laterals oblique, 5–10 cm. long, 1–5 cm. wide, terminal leaflet subhastate to deeply 3-lobed, laterals lobed on outer side only, rounded to subacute and mucronate at the apex, rounded to acute at the base, pubescent on both surfaces; petiole 2–7 cm. long; rhachis 0·6–1·5 cm. long; petiolules 2–3 mm. long; stipules submedifixed, ovate-lanceolate, 1·5–2·6 cm. long, 4–8 mm. wide, acuminate, constricted at the point of attachment, the spur 4–9 mm. long.
