Morphology General Habit
Perennial; caespitose; clumped loosely. Culms erect; 60-120 cm long; 4 -noded. Culm-internodes scaberulous. Culm-nodes glabrous. Leaf-sheaths scaberulous. Ligule an eciliate membrane; 3 mm long; scaberulous on abaxial surface; obtuse. Leaf-blades 20-35 cm long; 3-7 mm wide. Leaf-blade surface scabrous. Leaf-blade apex acute.
