Morphology General Habit

Ligule an eciliate membrane; 0.8-2.2 mm long; obtuse. Leaf-blades involute; 4-12 cm long; 2-4 mm wide; glaucous. Leaf-blade venation comprising 5 vascular bundles. Leaf-blade surface scabrous; rough abaxially; pubescent; hairy adaxially. Leaf-blade apex acute.
