Distribution
Biogeografic region: Andean, Guiana Shield, Orinoquia, Pacific. Elevation range: 100–3200 m a.s.l. Native to Colombia. Colombian departments: Antioquia, Bogotá DC, Boyacá, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Cundinamarca, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Santander, Valle del Cauca.
