Morphology General Habit
Annual; caespitose. Culms geniculately ascending; 10-50 cm long. Leaf-sheath oral hairs lacking. Leaf-sheath auricles falcate. Ligule an eciliate membrane. Leaf-blades flat, or involute; 2-5 cm long; 1.5 mm wide. Leaf-blade surface glabrous.
