Ligule an eciliate membrane; 1.5-2.5 mm long; acute. Leaf-blades convolute; 1.5-5 cm long; 2-3 mm wide. Leaf-blade surface pubescent; densely hairy; hairy on both sides. Leaf-blade apex obtuse; simple, or apiculate.
