Morphology General Habit
Perennial; caespitose. Culms geniculately ascending; 30-45 cm long. Leaf-sheaths smooth. Ligule an eciliate membrane. Leaf-blades 2.5-5 cm long; 1-2 mm wide. Leaf-blade surface smooth.
