Morphology General Habit
Perennial; caespitose. Basal innovations intravaginal. Culms erect; 5-20 cm long. Leaves mostly basal. Ligule an eciliate membrane. Leaf-blades filiform; convolute; 1-4 cm long; 0.5 mm wide.
