Ligule a fringe of hairs; 0.5 mm long. Leaf-blades 4-7 cm long; 2-3 mm wide. Leaf-blade surface scaberulous; rough adaxially. Leaf-blade margins scaberulous. Leaf-blade apex attenuate.
