Cultivated at c. 1600–1700 m in N2 and probably elsewhere native in S Europe and Asia.
Morphology General Habit
Erect aromatic annual up to 50 cm tall, sparsely pubescent; leaflets obovate, 20–50 x 8–17 mm, denticulate; flowers 1–2 in leaf-axils; corolla pale yellow or white, 12–18 mm long; pod (80–)120–150(–190) x 2–4 mm, with a long beak, (7–)10–15(–18)-seeded.
