Leaf-blades broadly elliptic, 11–18.5 cm. long, 6–11 cm. wide, apex obtuse to acute, base acute or unequal, pubescent above, tomentose to densely pubescent beneath; bacterial nodules small, scattered, few; petiole 0.5–2.5 cm. long, tomentose; stipules triangular, 0.8–1.5 cm. long, acuminate, pubescent outside, with silky hairs in axils.
