Straggling shrubby herb to 1.8 m tall; stems puberulous or sericeous-puberulous, upwards also with scattered broad glossy many-celled hairs

Leaves with petiole of stem leaves 2.5–5 cm long; lamina ovate, largest ± 11.5 × 5.5 cm, margin crenatedentate, apex subacuminate with rounded tip, base cordate, unequal-sided, beneath sparsely uniformly pubescent on lamina, denser along veins, above uniformly sparsely pubescent with broad glossy hairs

Note
Known only from the type collection but it is so distinct that I have no hesitation in describing it as new. A spectacular plant which differs from the other species in the genus in having one theca (the longer) of each anther long-spurred and the other rounded or with a minute mucro.
