Note
Vollesen has annotated Hepper & Jaeger 6816 as A. sp.? nov. aff. fruticosum. Thulin in Fl. Somalia has pointed that flower size varies and treats A. sp. = Gilbert 2100 as simply a largeflowered form. The Kenya specimen does seem distinctive.
