Morphology General Habit
Perennial; caespitose. Culms erect; 30-50 cm long. Leaf-sheaths pubescent. Ligule an eciliate membrane. Leaf-blades filiform; flat, or convolute; 5-7 cm long; 0.5-2 mm wide; stiff; glaucous. Leaf-blade surface scaberulous; rough adaxially.
