Annual herb 5–25 cm tall; stems scattered-pubescent.

Leaves sessile, light green or grey-green, slightly succulent, broadly obovate-spatulate or the median oblanceolate, 1–5.5 cm long, 0.3–2.8 cm wide, base cuneate into a narrow, exauriculate petioloid base, sinuate-dentate to slightly 3-lobed on distal margins, rounded to subtruncate, with scattered to dense pubescence.
