General Description

Differs from the typical variety in having long, slender leaves, 4–14(–18) mm. wide; very small flowers with the sepals up to 14 mm. long and 5 mm. wide; the petals elliptic, up to 12 mm. long, 8 mm. wide; and the lip 8–10 mm. long and without a noticeable callus of thickened veins on the lip mid-lobe.

Habitat

In shade of bushes or in open in grassland or on rocky hillsides; 1400–2100 m.
