Morphology General Habit
An epiphytic herb, 21–25 cm. high.

Pseudobulbs clustered, from a short creeping rhizome, conical, 2–3.8 cm. long, 5–8 mm. broad, clothed in 3 membranous basal sheaths.

Leaf lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, acute or subacute, cuneate below, 19–24.5 cm. long, 1.4–1.7 cm. broad, coriaceous, articulated 2.5–3 cm. above the apex of the pseudobulb.

Inflorescence shorter than the leaf, simply racemose, 9.8–14 cm. long, up to 5 flowers borne in succession; peduncle stout, 7.8–12 cm. long; basal sheath membranaceous, 2 cm. long; bracts spreading, triangular-lanceolate, acuminate, 1.4–2 cm. long.
